We had an awesome time at the hotel! The indoor pool was super relaxing, and the heated swimming pool was perfect for unwinding after a busy day. One small hiccup was that our room wasn't cleaned on one of the days, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 😊

It was just a strong match for an overnight stay in Rosemont with great value for money. The staff seemed a bit rushed but ultimately helped sort out our check-in efficiently. If you need a place to crash after an event, this hotel will do the trick.

It all depends on your needs
The spacious room offered great water pressure in the shower! Plus, there's a Starbucks on-site for that much-needed caffeine fix.
Staying here can lead to sticker shock with high parking fees and unexpected charges for Wi-Fi.

My recent stay at Renaissance was excellent. The spacious one-bedroom suite I booked was perfect for conducting business meetings. The staff were highly professional and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met efficiently. The location provided excellent access to various dining options and was only a short drive from downtown. I particularly appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed for uninterrupted work and relaxation.
No notable negative aspects were encountered.

Mobile check-in didn't work as expected. Upon arrival, I faced a hefty surprise with the $35 parking fee, which was never communicated in advance. The room was quite clean, and the decor felt modern, but the mattress had a saggy middle, uncomfortable for a good night’s sleep. One night, other guests partied loudly, disrupting our rest. Housekeeping was prompt and friendly. I appreciated that the hotel had a shuttle service to the airport, which is super convenient. Breakfast wasn’t included, which was disappointing given the overall price. The breakfast options were limited and not worth the extra cost. I enjoyed the heated pool and the hotel’s proximity to the metro. Staff interactions varied. some were polite, while one person at check-in was unfriendly and unhelpful. Some areas need better communication, especially regarding fees and amenities.

I recently stayed at a nice place for 3 nights. The food at the hotel was surprisingly good, especially the tortilla soup I could eat every day! I also loved how spacious the suite was. it was perfect for my family and made our stay comfortable. However, the shower setup was a bit awkward because there was nowhere to hang the towel without getting everything wet. Overall, if I find myself back in the area, I'd definitely consider this place again.

The shuttle service to and from the airport was efficient and convenient, making travel hassle-free. The large room featured two TVs and a mini fridge, which added comfort to our stay. Also, the bathroom, although spacious, lacked some necessary toiletries, which was disappointing.
